Job Description Collaborate with practice leaders to develop and implement business development strategies for corporate practices Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights Manage and coordinate the preparation of proposals, pitches, and client presentations Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders Lead team of direct reports, providing coaching and development to junior team members Oversee and analyze the performance of business development initiatives to ensure goals are met Provide strategic guidance on marketing campaigns and branding efforts for the department Support cross-departmental collaboration to ensure alignment with broader organizational goals Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on business development strategies and market positioning The Successful Applicant The successful candidate should have: Bachelor's Degree in related field; a secondary degree is preferred 10+ years of experience in legal industry including relevant practice group experience with Corporate groups (e.g., M&A, Private Equity, Capital Markets, EC/VC) Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience; this role manages a team of multiple direct reports across multiple offices Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate effectively and in a professional manner Ability to engage credibly and effectively with partners internationally Skilled professional to manage deadlines, shifting priorities, and maintain composure to work under pressure Capable of working in a diverse team environment and effectively support the demanding needs of the Firm What’s on Offer Base salary ranging $200,000 to $250,000 Discretionary bonus Medical/Dental/Vision packages Comprehensive PTO package Generous 401k contribution #J-18808-Ljbffr
