This is more than stepping into an existing operation. What You’ll Lead Hire, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing restaurant team Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and hospitality Lead daily front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations Deliver outstanding food quality and an exceptional guest experience Drive sales, labor management, cost control, and profitability Maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, sanitation, and operational excellence Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable health and safety requirements Control waste and identify opportunities to improve restaurant performance Develop future leaders and create opportunities for your team to grow What We’re Looking For Minimum of 2 years of restaurant General Manager experience; QSR or high-volume fast-casual experience strongly preferred Proven ability to hire, coach, develop, and retain strong teams Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including labor management, cost controls, sales, and profitability An owner-minded approach with strong accountability for business results Passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience Strong commitment to food safety and operational standards Ability to lead in a fast-paced restaurant environment Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs Compensation & Benefits $70,000–$80,000 annual salary Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Transportation benefits Bring the Flavor.
