Through an integrated, patient-centered care model, our multidisciplinary teams provide medical, dental, behavioral health, and supportive services that improve health outcomes for diverse communities.About the Role:Eisner Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Therapist to join our integrated healthcare team. In this role, you will provide high-quality individual, family, and group psychotherapy services while helping patients navigate behavioral health challenges and achieve their treatment goals.The ideal candidate is a skilled clinician who values trauma-informed care, culturally responsive services, and evidence-based therapeutic practices. As part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you will work alongside behavioral health professionals, medical providers, and support staff to deliver coordinated care that addresses the whole person.What You'll Do:Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy services within a clinic setting or other appropriate locations as needed.Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that support patient progress and recovery.Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions consistent with training and clinical best practices.Provide trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, safety planning, and behavioral support for individuals and families with complex needs.Support patients and families through advocacy, resource connection, and care coordination to help them achieve treatment goals.Maintain fidelity to evidence-based treatment models when applicable.Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timelines.Follow ethical, legal, confidentiality, and quality assurance standards.Participate in case presentations, staff meetings, clinical supervision, and quality improvement initiatives.Support Eisner Health's mission, strategic goals, and commitment to exceptional patient-centered care.What We're Looking For:Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.Current licensure as an LCSW or LMFT; through the appropriate California licensing board.Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical therapy experience, including supervised associate experience.Fluency in English and Spanish required.Experience providing psychotherapy services to children and families in a clinical setting.Experience working with diverse and underserved populations.Experience supporting individuals with high behavioral health needs, including crisis intervention, safety planning, and behavioral support.Experience collaborating within a multidisciplinary care team that includes behavioral health professionals, medical providers, and support staff.Preferred Qualifications:Experience providing evidence-based practices, including: Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Managing and Adapting Practice (MAP), Triple P Positive Parenting Program.Experience working with adult populations strongly preferred; candidates with pediatric-only experience may not meet the needs of this role.Investing in Your Growth and Well-Being:We believe in taking care of the people who care for our patients.Our benefits include:$2,500 per year for CME expenses and professional licensure reimbursement.5 day per year CME timeGenerous PTO Accrual rate of 7.08 hours per pay period (26 pay periods per year).9 Paid Holidays.40 hours of paid Jury Duty time per year.Medical, Dental, & Vision insurance (PPO option available).Health Insurance subsidy.Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care, & Transportation).Employer-Sponsored life insurance & long term disability.30 covered visits for Chiropractic or Acupuncture visits.401k retirement plan with a 3% employer contribution.Professional Development: Tuition reimbursement.Parking or Public Transportation Reimbursement.Mileage reimbursement for eligible business-related travelAt Eisner Health, you will be part of a mission-driven organization that believes healthcare should be accessible, compassionate, and responsive to the needs of every community member.
