As a Grocery Department Associate , you’ll play a key role in creating a clean, organized, and well-stocked shopping environment. You’ll make sure every aisle is full, fresh, and easy to shop — helping customers find what they need while delivering friendly, helpful service.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, helpful service.
- Stock shelves and build displays according to merchandising standards.
- Rotate and organize product to ensure freshness and quality.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Assist with product orders, inventory counts, and backroom organization.
- Respond to customer questions and direct them to products or team members as needed.
- Use technology to complete daily tasks efficiently.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure product quality.
