Ensure full compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations, religious directives, and internal policies to maintain the highest standard of care and risk management. Oversee the complete employee lifecycle— including hiring, performance management, and continuing education—to build and retain high-performing operational and clinical teams. Serve as the primary executive liaison to the Board of Directors, presenting operational reports, driving governance strategy, and translating organizational objectives into actionable policies. What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Nursing Home Administrator preferred. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
