Position Overview

Great service is at the heart of what we do. Josh Hollier State Farm is hiring a Customer Care Representative in Church Point, LA who truly enjoys helping people — answering questions, solving problems, and making sure every customer feels taken care of.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to support retention and loyalty
• Identify coverage gaps during reviews and recommend additional coverage that fits the customer's needs
• Follow up consistently to support customer loyalty and retention
• Maintain accurate customer records in the agency system
• Handle policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes accurately
• Resolve service issues with patience and professionalism

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required
• A sales mindset — comfortable recommending coverage when it genuinely helps the customer
• Willingness to obtain the required Property and Casualty license
• Positive, professional, customer-first attitude
• Excellent listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through

Pay range: $50,000-$65,000 per year

This range reflects expected total compensation—including base salary, commissions, and bonuses—when performance goals are met. Base salary varies based on experience and licensing. Commissions are uncapped, and high performers regularly exceed this range.
