Service Writer / Customer Service Advisor Brandons Auto Service LLC. – Green Bay, WI Brandons Auto Service LLC. is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Service Writer to join our team. We take pride in creating a positive, supportive workplace where employees enjoy coming to work and customers feel taken care of. If you enjoy helping people, communicating clearly, and working in a fast-paced automotive environment, we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service Answer phones and confidently communicate with customers Schedule appointments and coordinate service work Communicate vehicle needs and updates clearly Work with computer systems for estimates, invoicing, and customer information Help maintain a positive and professional front office environment Qualifications Able to hold confident conversations on the phone Enjoys supportive and positive work culture Friendly customer service attitudeDependable and team-oriented What We Offer Work/life balance with a 4 day / 10-hour schedule Mondays off Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Paid training Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow with a respected local business Experience in the automotive industry is helpful but not required for the right candidate with strong people skills and willingness to learn. #J-18808-Ljbffr
