160-170K 8+ years of experience in mechanical design, analysis, integration, and testing. Skilled in using industry-standard CAD and FEA software (SolidWorks and Ansys desired) for mechanical design and simulation. Ability to influence cross-functional technical outcomes across engineering disciplines. Demonstrated enthusiasm and skills for hands-on work. Demonstrated motivation with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions. Excellent communication skills, including technical writing: Write test reports, work instructions, and communicate between interdisciplinary teams of engineers.
