Job Description Lead e commerce product management across critical stages of the purchase funnel, with an emphasis on conversion optimization Own daily enhancement products (e.g., skip the line passes, reserved seating, and premium add ons) that drive incremental revenue Oversee the strategy and execution for catalog and product detail pages, ensuring product information is compelling, clear, and conversion focused Optimize the mobile and web experience to effectively move high intent customers from product discovery to add to cart Use data and experimentation to continuously refine how intent is captured and translated into completed cart actions Ability to seamlessly shift between strategic leadership and hands on execution This individual will own and define the e commerce strategy We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements 5-10 years of Product Management experience within respected consumer e commerce organizations (Walmart, Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Nike), with a strong focus on mobile web and native apps Proven ownership of revenue critical products, driving strategy, execution, and continuous optimization end to end generating $100M Experience with analytics/replay tools (Quantum Metric, Google Analytics). Strong expertise in pricing, packaging, merchandising, and offer optimization Experience with modern product development methodologies, including Agile and Lean Self starter with professional maturity, strong judgment, and the interpersonal skills to build trust quickly and operate effectively from day one Bachelor's degree Experience using ADO for work tracking, backlog management, and delivery coordination Familiarity with Sitecore as a content management system Hands on experience with Quantum Metric and Jira for analytics, monitoring user behavior, and tracking delivery progress Previous Optimizely experience Prior experience leveraging modern AI assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and overall delivery velocity #J-18808-Ljbffr Broughton Group
