Pharmacy Manager - Andover OH Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Andover, OH for a Pharmacy Manager. The Pharmacy Manager will oversee daily operations within the pharmacy, including supervising pharmacy technicians, managing inventory and prescriptions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This individual will provide immunizations, consult with healthcare providers, and develop strategies to optimize pharmacy services while delivering superior patient support and maintaining excellent customer service standards. Responsibilities Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including supervising pharmacy technicians and managing inventory and prescriptions while ensuring regulatory compliance. Develop and implement strategies to optimize pharmacy services while delivering superior patient support and maintaining excellent customer service standards. Qualifications Proficiency in pharmacy operations and practice, including knowledge of prescriptions. Experience in managing and collaborating with pharmacy technicians. Certification in immunization administration. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and leadership skills. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and patient care.
