RN Supervisor Weekend - Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at Mt. Lebanon
At Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at Mt. Lebanon, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and service to our patients, and we are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as an RN Supervisor Weekend . With the motto "Living Forward. Together.", we strive to create a positive and supportive environment for our patients, staff, and community.
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Nurse Supervisor to lead our weekend nursing team. The successful candidate will have previous supervisory experience and a strong understanding of patient care protocols. As an RN Supervisor Weekend , you will be responsible for overseeing a team of nurses and ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and supervision to a team of nurses on the weekends
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records
Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
Provide guidance and support to nurses on the team
Monitor and report on patient outcomes and quality indicators
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and develop corrective action plans as needed
Requirements:
Current RN license in the state of PA
Previous supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
Strong understanding of patient care protocols and nursing standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
