Employee Status: Regular Expected Starting Pay Range: $37.00 – $41.40 Starting pay is based on experience, skills, and equity; exceptions may apply for highly qualified candidates. Additional pay (e.g., shift, on‑call, or weekend differentials) and benefits may apply. Annual pay may vary based on FTE status. Job Responsibilities Maintain a working understanding of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards and support leadership in compliance initiatives. Monitor compliance with safety policies, ensure all certifications and Safety College requirements are fulfilled promptly, and communicate concerns to leadership. Apply systems thinking to assess patient, family, and unit dynamics and provide coordinated care as a key resource. Collect and evaluate clinical data, follow established algorithms and protocols, and document care plans and outcomes. Use self‑management support to develop care goals with patients and families and facilitate structured education, including teach‑back techniques. Engage in clinical inquiry, performance review, and continuous learning; promote professional development and mentorship. Participate in shared decision‑making and governance at the point of care, and support interdisciplinary collaboration. Integrate the Interprofessional Practice Model (IPM), advocate for patient and family rights, and practice culturally inclusive care. Job Qualifications Associate or Diploma‑prepared RN from ACEN, CCNE, or NLN‑CNEA accredited institution with 2+ years of experience. If hired without a BSN or MSN, must enroll in a BSN or MSN program within one year of hire and complete it within five years. Preferred: BSN or MSN from an accredited institution. Active Ohio RN license; additional state licensure may be required. Foreign graduates must have license validated through TruMeritTM per Ohio Board of Nursing code for foreign graduates.
