Performs general construction duties as a part of the YKHC construction crew. Lifts/carries materials, nails, screws and performs other duties involving the use of basic hand power tools. Works under the direct supervision of Facility Manager or Facilities Director. Position Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Prior construction and/or laborer experience preferred.
- Drivers License
- Working knowledge of general hand tools and power tools preferred.
- REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
