What You'll Do

• Lead by example behind the chair every day.
• Coach and encourage team members through positive, real-time feedback.
• Help create schedules that support both the team and the needs of the business.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience with every client.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and developing new team members.
• Support daily operations and help your store achieve performance goals.
• Foster a positive, fun, and team-focused culture where everyone can succeed.

We're Looking For

• Active Cosmetology or Barber license.
• Leadership experience is preferred but not required-we'll help develop the right person.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Reliable, dependable, and professional.
• Passion for helping others grow and succeed.
• Weekend availability is preferred, as weekends are some of our busiest and most rewarding days.
