Production Machine Operator #9906

Location: Mukwonago, WI 53149

Shift: 1st shift | 8:00am - 4:30pm (Monday - Friday)

Rate: $20 - $25/hour (Based on Experience)

Description:

The Production Machine Operator will safely control various machines and equipment involved in production. Practice SQF (Safe Quality Food) Protocols and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

Interpret specifications and calibrate machines to reach goals.
Inspect and quality check products and verify accuracy.
Monitor gauges or other indicators to assess progress, production, and maintenance needs.
Simultaneously operate multiple pieces of equipment to produce product efficiently.
Utilize digital technology to track production steps IE scanners and computers.
Flexibility to be cross trained in all production, shipping and receiving functions and procedures.

Qualifications:

3 to 5 years' experience in the packaging industry
Work in an environment that maintains SQF (Safe Quality Foods) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
High School education or equivalent
Overtime may be required at times to hit certain deadlines
Be able to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment of a growing business.
Good mechanical aptitude.
