Territory Manager – RespirTech (Queens/Nassau County) RespirTech’s Territory Manager represents the InCourage airway clearance therapy medical device, calling on but not limited to Pulmonologists to support patients with chronic respiratory and neuromuscular conditions on a journey to better breathing. Responsibilities Executing outside sales and territory management, inclusive of account management and new business development. Employing a hunter mentality to identify new opportunities, overcome objections and change the mindsets of prescribers, while achieving performance growth goals. Performing total office sales calls, in‑services on patient profiles, product demonstrations and presenting clinical evidence to physicians. Being an expert on Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance coverage‑criteria for InCourage vest therapy, while effectively educating healthcare teams in identifying patients who meet coverage criteria and obtaining medical record documentation for coverage. Analyzing data to effectively target priority healthcare teams and create sales call routing, and being flexible to adjust routing to fit pipeline management needs. Qualifications 3+ years of successful direct field sales, clinical education or clinical sales‑support experience. Previous durable home medical equipment and/or pharmaceutical sales experience preferred. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or similar, or 7+ years of related sales experience. Ability to be in the field within your territory 90% (some territories may include overnights). Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and the ability to work independently. Can meet the physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation. Working Conditions This is a field role. We expect working in‑person at least 3 days per week for office‑based teams; onsite roles require full‑time presence in the company’s facilities. Compensation & Benefits Target earnings of $138,000 to $158,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent on individual performance. Benefits include generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA with company contribution, stock purchase plan, and education reimbursement. Location & Eligibility Must reside in or within commuting distance to Nassau County. US work authorization is a precondition of employment. Sponsorship is not considered.
