Homeside Rehab is seeking compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide individualized, evidence-based speech therapy services to patients throughout New York City's five boroughs . Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapy for speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, feeding, and swallowing disorders, when applicable.

• Deliver skilled speech therapy services in patients' homes while promoting functional communication and overall progress.

• Complete accurate, timely, and compliant electronic documentation.

• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, teachers, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient care.

• Educate families and caregivers on home programs and strategies to support continued progress.

• Communicate effectively with office staff regarding scheduling, patient updates, and clinical needs.

Qualifications

• Active New York State Speech-Language Pathologist License (Required)

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, where applicable

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Health, Outpatient, Early Intervention, or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred

• Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a home health setting

• Basic computer proficiency for electronic documentation

• Reliable transportation for home visits preferred

Position Details

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem

• Compensation: Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)

• Schedule:

  • Choose your own hours

  • Monday through Friday

  • Day and evening shifts available

  • Weekend availability optional
