Position: Facility Supervisor
Location: New Castle, DE
Salary: $75,000 annually

Are you a hands-on facilities professional who knows how to keep a busy operation running safely and efficiently? We're hiring a Facility Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance, coordinate facility needs, and help keep production and warehouse operations running smoothly!

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee facility maintenance, including building repairs, lighting, plumbing, HVAC coordination, docks, doors, and grounds
Coordinate preventative maintenance and respond to facility service requests
Inspect the facility for maintenance, housekeeping, repair, and safety concerns
Work with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to complete maintenance projects efficiently
Support production and warehouse operations by maintaining a safe, clean, and reliable facility

Shift/Hours:

Monday-Friday | 1st Shift

Job Requirements:

Previous facilities maintenance or supervisory experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to identify safety hazards and prioritize maintenance needs
Strong communication skills when working with employees, vendors, contractors, and management
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to respond to urgent facility needs
