Your Role

• Conducting in-depth patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostic tests, and creating personalized care strategies
• Diagnosing and treating acute, episodic, or chronic health issues while collaborating with physicians or independently (as certified)

Educational Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Certification Requirements

• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in Arizona
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
