This role is responsible for maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, administering HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.**Key Responsibilities:*** Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.* Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.* Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.* Process employment documentation such as contracts, offer letters, and termination paperwork.* Support payroll administration by maintaining employee information and submitting required data.* Manage employee benefits enrollment and respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.* Monitor employee attendance, leave requests, and other HR-related records.* Assist with performance management processes and employee development initiatives.* Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.* Prepare HR reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.* Support employee engagement activities and company events.* Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.## Qualifications**Education*** High school diploma required.* Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).* HR Certificate a plus.**Experience*** 1–3 years of experience in an HR, administrative, or related role preferred.* Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) is beneficial. Paycom experience high preferred.* Skills & Competencies* Strong organizational and administrative skills.* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).* Attention to detail and accuracy.* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.* Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.* Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices is an asset.**Reports To:**Human Resources Manager #J-18808-Ljbffr
