We are seeking a mission‑driven leader to manage our operating budget and manufacturing plan, driving a culture of excellence, safety, and operational precision. Key Responsibilities Operational Oversight: Manage operating budgets and manufacturing plans to hit cost, quality and delivery targets. Strategic Planning: Lead high‑level manpower and productivity scheduling. Cost Management: Drive cost‑reduction in labor and materials; partner with Engineering to engineer cost‑out of products. Continuous Improvement: Champion Lean Manufacturing to eliminate waste and optimize process flow. Quality & Safety: Implement world‑class quality plans and maintain a safe, healthy work environment for all personnel. Cross‑Functional Leadership: Coordinate with departments to align operational output with company‑wide strategic goals. Candidate Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree (Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering preferred). Experience: 10+ years in manufacturing management. Technical: Hands‑on experience with PCBA/Electronics Manufacturing, metal fabrication, and painting/coating. Operations: Expert in low‑volume/high‑mix assembly and ERP/MRP systems (capacity planning/scheduling). Certification: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
