Travel RN - Home Health
American Traveler
American Traveler is hiring an experienced Home Health RN with recent OASIS and HCHB EMR experience for a geriatric caseload in the Marion, OH territory.
Job Details • Home health setting serving a geriatric patient population,• Caseload averages 5-7 patients per day, to be confirmed during interview,
• Monday-Friday day shift schedule (8a-5p),
• Rotating on-call responsibilities approximately every 8th weekend covering Saturday and Sunday 8a-5p,
• Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub office,
• Uses HCHB EMR system,
• Flexibility with territory coverage expected, Job Requirements • Active OH or compact RN license in hand,
• Current BLS certification,
• Minimum 1 year of recent home health experience required,
• Recent OASIS experience required,
• Recent HCHB EMR experience required, Additional Information • Timely documentation required, with charting completed by 9a the following morning,
• Timely communication with the care team required,
• Scrubs required in any color, no jeans permitted,
• iPad provided for documentation; personal cell phone not required,
• Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate,
• Local candidates accepted at the travel rate,
• First-time travelers not accepted for this position
