Our Maple Grove office is growing, and we're looking for a Licensed Dental Assistant who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced practice where no two days are exactly alike. Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Compensation $33.00-$36.00 per hour , based on experience. What You'll Do You'll work side-by-side with our doctors to provide outstanding clinical support while helping create a smooth, welcoming experience for every patient. Responsibilities include: Assist dentists during restorative, surgical, and preventive procedures Prepare treatment rooms and instruments Take digital radiographs and intraoral images Maintain sterilization and infection control standards Educate patients regarding treatment and home care Fabricate temporary restorations and complete expanded functions within licensure Maintain accurate electronic documentation Help keep provider schedules running efficiently while delivering exceptional patient care Collaborate closely with providers, hygienists, and administrative team members We're Looking For Someone Who Enjoys a fast-moving, team-oriented environment Builds trust quickly with patients from all backgrounds Maintains a positive attitude during busy clinical days Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills Is adaptable, dependable, and solution-focused Takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care Loves being part of a team that supports one another Requirements: Qualifications Current Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) CPR/BLS Certification Knowledge of OSHA and CDC infection control standards Experience with digital radiography and dental software Coronal polishing and expanded functions preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Previous dental assisting experience preferred Why Join Dental Associates Minnesota?
