Dental Front Desk Coordinator

Duties Verify patient insurance coverage Confirm patient appointments Educate patients on their dental coverage, explain patients' dental benefits and any associated costs or limitations Keep accurate records of patients' insurance coverage, claims history and health records Handle patient inquiries and be able to answer questions on claims and billing Be able to demonstrate excellent customer service to patients in person and on the phone General understanding of dental terminology and procedures for proper education and billing Skills Communication skills. You should be able to communicate clearly and effectively ith patients and members of the dental team. Attention to detail. You must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining accuracy and consistency. Need to be highly organized with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation. Should be comfortable working with electronic records systems (Dentrix experience preferred). Dental experience preferred.
