Responsibilities

What you'll do:

• Build and manage a pipeline of personal and commercial insurance clients

• Prospect through referrals, social outreach, and community networking

• Conduct needs assessments and present customized coverage solutions

• Follow up relentlessly you know the fortune is in the follow-up

• Cross-sell and retain existing clients to grow your book of business

• Hit weekly activity goals: calls, quotes, and closed policies

Requirements

Who we want:

• Licensed P&C or Life & Health producer (or willing to get licensed before start)

• 13 years in sales, retail, finance, or any role where you had to persuade people

• Competitive and self-motivated you actually want to win

• Strong communicator in person, on the phone, and over text

• Organized and accountable you don't let leads fall through the cracks

• Coachable you absorb feedback and act on it fast
