Responsibilities Perform various administrative duties such as document preparation and digital file organization Conduct market research using various real estate analytics tools. Assist in ad-hoc projects as needed Support the Real Estate Team in its day-to-day operations. Be familiar with basic financial and/or real estate terms. Qualifications Required Must be a current Santa Ana College student working towards a degree or certificate program at SAC or graduated within the last 6 months. Completed at least 12 units and 3 core classes in a related field. Education / Experience High School Diploma is required Some college preferred (ideally pursuing a degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field) Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Be teachable and curious. Ability to multi-task and prioritize shifting timelines. Familiarity with AI is preferred.
