Housing Stability Advocate Shelter Case Manager
Making Opportunity Count Inc
Making Opportunity Count Inc. seeks a Shelter Case Manager to deliver comprehensive case management for families in shelter, using motivational interviewing and strength-based practices to develop rehousing plans and secure affordable housing.
Responsibilities include conducting monthly rehousing meetings, documenting case work in ETO, coordinating services, and supporting clients toward housing stability in a collaborative team environment.
