We are seeking a Radon Mitigation Installer to become a part of our team! You will work at various residential and commercial sites installing radon mitigation systems.
Responsibilities:
- Drilling, cutting and patching concrete.
- Crawlspace plumbing and encapsulation.
- Sump pump replacement/sealing sump pit covers.
- Install and repair wiring and electrical components on radon fans.
- Assemble, install and repair pipes, fittings and fixtures of radon systems.
Qualifications:
- Work individually to complete assigned tasks; efficiently manage time and workload.
- Proper use of power tools, able to work off ladders and safely work in attics and crawlspaces.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Measures, marks or records openings or distances to layout areas where construction will work will be performed.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
Requirements:
- Clean driving record with a valid driver's license.
- Radon certification is preferred. However, candidates without certification must demonstrate the ability and willingness to obtain certification.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical fitness to perform tasks that may require climbing, crawling and lifting.
