About the Job

Position: Director, Health Information Management (100% Onsite).

Compensation:

$90,000 - $135,000 annually.
Approx. $42 - $65/hour based on education and experience.
Relocation assistance up to $5,000.

Position Summary:

Oversees all Health Information Management department operations.
Responsible for record processing, completion, indexing, abstracting, filing, storage, and retrieval.
Ensures coding accuracy and timeliness for acute and ambulatory services.
Manages transcription, release of information, trauma registry, and physician suspension processes.
Maintains compliance with departmental policies and system processes.
Provides leadership, administration, and communication with organizational leadership and staff.
