In this role, you will:

• Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and diagnostic assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) for diverse student populations.
• Deliver direct therapy to address a variety of communication disorders in both elementary and high school settings.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to maximize student progress.
• Maintain thorough, compliant records and documentation, with paid team meetings and built-in administrative hours.
• Manage a split assignment: 3 days each week at a local elementary school, 1 day at a nearby high school.
• Participate in an efficient, virtual hiring process to prepare you for a smooth transition into the school year.

Ideal candidates will possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Active or eligible South Carolina SLP licensure.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates also welcome.
• Experience in educational or pediatric settings, including teletherapy a plus.
• Clear background check and fingerprinting eligibility.
• Effective communication, strong organizational skills, and adaptability.
