In this role, you will be working with C‑Suite leadership to determine the direction of our business growth through clients, markets, and engineering. You must be technically sharp and have a bigger vision to truly fit this role. So, are you up for it? BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering from an accredited university or equivalent experience in a related field. An MBA is a plus. 7+ years of professional hands‑on experience in Account Management, Sales, or Program Management, preferably in tech or engineering services. Up to 40% of travel may be required between locations. Ability to travel for work‑related purposes as needed; access to reliable transportation is required due to the nature of our business and multiple client sites. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Background checks are required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Skilled at influencing and fostering relationships with others. Have the ability to see the bigger picture and understand the broader impact of decisions. Ability to have technical conversations. RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and market analysis. Execute effective sales strategies to vet and close ideal‑fit projects. Cultivate relationships with key decision‑makers in target industries. Act as a trusted advisor, aligning services with client needs. Collaborate with engineering project teams to meet client expectations. Work with technical teams to create compelling proposals and presentations that align with client needs and AC’s value proposition. Stay informed about industry trends emerging technologies. Salary Range and Benefits The salary range for this position is based on national rates . Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
