THE JOB:

Conduct residential roof repairs and/or replacements across the Snohomish County area. Work as part of a team and deliver quality results on every job.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Complete roof replacements and/or repairs according to job scope
• Walk homeowners through findings
• Work individually or as part of a crew
• Follow safety and quality standards on every job

REQUIREMENTS:

WHAT YOU NEED:

• 1+ year of roofing experience
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors
• Able to lift 30 lbs. regularly and perform physical work (includes bending, climbing, kneeling)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for driving roles)
• Employment contingent on successful completions of pre-employment drug test, physical, background check and MVR (for driving roles).

SCHEDULE & LOCATION:

• Reports to Guardians Everett branch and dispatched to job sites throughout the Snohomish County
• Monday–Friday, 6:30am to finish
• Occasional weekend availability preferred
