Job Details Job Title: Senior Operations Coordinator Reporting To: Manager, Bus Unit Operations Work Schedule: Onsite – Niagara Falls, NY (2nd shift) Location: Niagara Falls, NY Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of related experience. Associates degree in a relevant field and at least 7 years of related experience. High School diploma or GED preferred. Otherwise, demonstrated ability to understand and apply all verbal, written and computer work instructions or training in English, and demonstrated ability to perform simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division and at least 11 years of related experience. Responsibilities Manage & supervise a team of Assembly and Test Technicians. Assign tasks to a team to achieve operational targets and service standards. Work is performed under general direction. Have the authority to interpret or deviate from established policies and procedures without prior approval. Has the authority to commit company resources in matters that have significant financial impact. Function as an EHS liaison with responsibilities including reporting EHS incidents and coordinating initial responses to emergencies with employees and outside agencies, making additional notifications as needed, being a member of Moog emergency response teams, receiving American Heart Association First Aid/CPR training, assigning work, identifying equipment needs and may make purchases, identifying staffing needs, supporting staffing decisions, and coordinating the set‑up of work areas to meet expected work outputs of the department. Provide technical expertise and decisions on complex setups, operations, procedures, and regulatory concerns that may be unusual or difficult, where only general methods are available or minimal documentation exists. Identify, initiate, and lead process improvements and lean activities to reduce costs and increase quality and efficiency. Provide leadership, facilitation, and coaching to support the performance and development of the department or team. As required perform functional hands‑on tasks to ensure department requirements and turnaround times are met. Salary Salary Range (Niagara Falls, NY): $80,000.00–$95,000.00 annually. Disclaimer: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
