Linux Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with 8–10 years of hands‑on experience in managing and supporting on‑premises services. The ideal candidate should possess strong Linux administration skills, excellent troubleshooting capabilities, and a disciplined operational mindset. Experience with at least one of Kafka, Redis, or Elasticsearch is mandatory. Key Responsibilities Provide technical leadership for on-premises infrastructure and platform services. Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot Linux-based systems. Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of critical services. Lead incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem resolution. Implement operational best practices, automation, and monitoring. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to resolve production issues. Drive operational excellence through standard operating procedures, documentation, and continuous improvement. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the team. Required Skills 8–10 years of overall IT experience. Strong expertise in Linux administration and troubleshooting. Hands‑on experience with at least one of the following: Confluent Kafka Redis Strong debugging and root cause analysis skills across application and infrastructure layers. Experience supporting and managing Excellent operational discipline with experience in incident management, change management, and production support. Good understanding of system monitoring, logging, and performance tuning. Strong scripting skills (Shell/Python) are an added advantage. Automation and Zero touch mindset for Preferred Qualifications Experience with automation and configuration management tools. Knowledge of container platforms (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
