CNC Operator I - Entry-US

Job Overview Machine Operator – Rod Line – Gold Nights shift (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM, rotating). Responsibilities Prepare saw program and accurately cut material based on customer order specifications. Verify correct material length prior to identifying each cut piece. Remove cut stock from the machine and maintain production count. Move raw material stock from saw cutting machines to recycling bins or stock. Package materials for shipments, including boxing, labeling, and shrink wrapping. Perform secondary operations such as polishing and deburring. Ensure no damaged raw material is accepted and no damaged product is sent out. Maintain a strong sense of urgency, self‑driven, detail‑oriented approach. Follow instructions and interpret drawings accurately. Participate fully in product training sessions, meetings, skills training, and professional development classes. Work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment and see projects through to completion. Perform any other duties assigned by management. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. 6 months to 1 year of experience with metal cutting preferred. Knowledge and use of measuring tools and devices. Ability to stand, sit, and possibly lift up to 33 pounds. Basic computer skills. Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. Ability to work in varied temperatures and conditions.
