Psychiatry Physician Assistant

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LCSW or LMHC to join our growing behavioral health program. This provider will provide therapeutic interventions, counseling, and support to clients with diverse backgrounds facing a wide range of mental health challenges. The LMHC or LCSW works collaboratively with physicians and other members of the interdisciplinary care team and is responsible for: Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups using evidence-based therapeutic modalities Collaborate with interdisciplinary team (primary care, psychiatrist, other team members) to ensure coordinated care and treatment continuity Advocate for clients rights and access to resources, facilitating referrals to community sources and support services as needed Documenting in a timely and thorough manner

Schedule Details: Monday Friday REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Master s degree in Social Work (MSW) or Mental Health Counseling (LMHC) LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, REGISTRATION: Current, valid Florida LCSW or LMHC license BLS
