Contract | Night Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor & Delivery unit during night shift hours
• Monitor maternal and fetal status using advanced fetal monitoring techniques throughout labor and delivery
• Administer medications, manage IV lines, and support obstetric procedures as directed by the care team
• Respond to obstetric emergencies and initiate neonatal resuscitation protocols as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with facility policies and standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona — verified within the last 30 days; no disciplinary actions on license
• Minimum of 24 months of Labor & Delivery experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM) certification from an approved vendor (AHA, ARC, or ASHI)
• Active Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification from an approved vendor
• Active BLS certification from an approved vendor (AHA, ARC, or ASHI)
• Active ACLS certification from an approved vendor (AHA, ARC, or ASHI)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Flexibility with facility locations, shifts, and department assignments
• Experience in acute care hospital settings with high-volume Labor & Delivery units
