Quality Engineering Manager to build and lead a modern, scalable quality function from the ground up. This is a critical leadership role responsible for defining and executing an automation-first, AI-enabled QA strategy that enables rapid delivery without compromising reliability, compliance, security, or customer trust. You will own quality across our platform, products, and release lifecycle, partnering closely with Engineering, Product, DevOps, and Compliance to ensure we maintain the highest standards in a fast-moving environment. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone who can set strategy, roll up their sleeves, and build systems that scale. What You’ll Do Define and lead QA strategy Build an automation-first, AI-enabled testing framework Establish scalable QA processes aligned with rapid product delivery Build and lead the QA function Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing QA team Create a culture of quality ownership across engineering Drive test automation & tooling Implement end‑to‑end, API, and performance testing automation Leverage AI tools to improve test coverage, speed, and defect detection Own quality across the SDLC Integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows Ensure high‑quality releases with minimal regression risk Ensure compliance and security standards Align QA practices with fintech regulatory requirements Partner with Compliance and Security teams on audit readiness Use data to drive decisions Define and track quality metrics (defect rates, coverage, release confidence) Continuously improve based on insights and outcomes What We’re Looking For 8+ years in QA / Software Quality Engineering, with 3+ years in leadership roles Proven experience building and scaling QA functions in fast-paced, high-growth environments Strong background in: Test automation frameworks (UI, API, integration) CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Performance and reliability testing Experience leveraging AI/ML tools in QA workflows (or strong interest in doing so) Deep understanding of fintech, security, and compliance requirements Strong cross‑functional leadership and communication skills Hands‑on mindset—you’re comfortable both setting vision and executing Benefits: Competitive salary and performance‑based bonuses Comprehensive health coverage, plus free dental and vision Flexible hours and fully remote work options Unlimited PTO and company holidays Collaborative, inclusive, and growth‑minded environment What to Expect: Apply — It only takes a few minutes.
