Med-Surg RN: Team-Based Care & Critical Thinking

Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide safe and compassionate patient care utilizing the nursing process. This role requires a new RN graduate or a licensed RN in Arkansas, preferably with a BSN. The nurse will work as part of an interdisciplinary team and is responsible for understanding departmental policies to enhance patient experiences. Healthcare CPR certification is required, and additional training such as ACLS and PALS will be provided as needed. This job will be authorized for zero point one hours bi-weekly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
