The Hospital Lab Manager will lead the Hospital Laboratory at a critical access facility committed to community-focused care . This essential diagnostic department supports timely testing for emergency, inpatient, and outpatient services while maintaining high standards for accuracy, regulatory compliance, quality control, turnaround times, infection prevention, and patient safety.

Reporting to senior hospital leadership, the Hospital Lab Manager will receive executive support and collaborate closely with friendly nurses, physicians, administrators, and a diverse team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include managing daily laboratory operations, supervising and developing staff, overseeing budgets and supplies, supporting inspections and accreditation readiness, monitoring quality metrics, improving workflows, maintaining laboratory information systems, and ensuring compliance with applicable CLIA, CAP, state, and federal requirements.
