Internal Medicine Physician

Join Our Innovative Internal Medicine Team in Dallas, TX!

We are seeking a full-time Staff Physician in Internal Medicine to join our dynamic Value-Based Care Clinic located in the heart of Dallas, Texas. This role focuses on health equity and value-based care while serving as core faculty for the Internal Medicine Health Equity Track. You will work in a collaborative academic environment, providing high-quality, evidence-based care while mentoring Internal Medicine residents.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as core faculty for the Internal Medicine Health Equity Track.
• Supervise Internal Medicine residents in a practical learning clinic.
• Provide in-the-moment clinical teaching focused on:
• Primary care
• Population health
• Value-based care
• Health equity practice
• Teach residents to integrate social determinants of health and community engagement in patient care.
• Mentor residents in quality improvement initiatives and health equity research.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine curriculum aligned with ACGME competencies.
• Deliver comprehensive Internal Medicine care and improve patient outcomes.
• Utilize population health tools and team-based care strategies.
• Participate in innovative quality improvement projects and address operational challenges.

Qualifications:

• Completion of ACGME or AMA approved residency.
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
• Texas Medical License (or willingness to obtain).
• Interest in resident education and academic medicine.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Experience in medical education, health equity, or value-based care (highly preferred).
• Clean malpractice and license history (highly preferred).

License and Certification Requirements:

• Completion of ACGME or AMA approved residency (REQUIRED).
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in appropriate specialty (REQUIRED).
• Texas Medical License (or willingness to obtain) (REQUIRED).
• At least one professional reference within 24 months (REQUIRED).
