We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate lead teacher for our infant room. What You’ll Do Lead and manage a classroom in compliance with Illinois DCFS licensing requirements Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and daily routines Foster secure attachments through responsive, nurturing care Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Supervise and mentor assistant teachers in the classroom Observe, document, and support infant developmental milestones Communicate regularly and professionally with families Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation procedures are followed What We’re Looking For Prior experience working with in a licensed childcare setting Meets Illinois DCFS qualifications for Lead Teacher (education and experience) Strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices Warm, patient, and nurturing teaching style Dependable, organized, and confident in classroom leadership Strong communication and teamwork skills If you’re passionate about childcare and ready to take a leadership role in a supportive school environment, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Celebree Holding, Inc.
