Product Designer

Job Overview The Product Designer is responsible for the development of new designs and colours, the organization of the creation lab, and the approval of final colours and designs in the lab. They will frequently work with AVA software and the printer. Responsibilities Develop new designs, colours, products, and images. Organize the Creation Lab, including colour adjustments, transfer from printer to lab sample, and archiving standards such as colour patches. Create workflows and processes in consultation with the Chief Designer in Europe. Use AVA software and the Roland printer to print colour pallets and approve the final colour/design in the lab and initial production batch. Establish and maintain relationships with sales and clients, ensuring follow‑up communication and respecting delivery terms. Report on meetings and maintain comprehensive knowledge of consumer market trends and ideas (colours, internet, seminars, fairs, magazines). Stay updated on new products and quality standards. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in design, fashion or a closely related field. Knowledge of AVA software and experience working with the Roland printer preferred. Strong eye for design and colour, creativity, self‑motivation, independence, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Willingness to travel as needed, primarily to the US and other intercontinental locations.
