Desired Qualifications:

• Valid state license to practice as an SLP, with CCC required
• Previous experience in school settings preferred
• Comfortable working with a range of communication and language disorders
• Familiarity or interest in teletherapy modalities for remote service provision
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to evolving caseloads and work collaboratively with educational teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver both in-person and virtual speech-language services to students
• Engage in assessment, diagnosis, and the creation of tailored treatment plans
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and support staff to facilitate student success
• Maintain detailed records, progress notes, and documentation in accordance with school district requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal planning
• Adjust interventions as needed based on student progress and team feedback
• Support district initiatives to promote student well-being and inclusive classroom practices
