Essential Functions Develop an active clinical practice. Teach medical students and residents. Attend meetings, participate in governance, and prepare teaching materials. Evaluate and develop curriculum for the department or college. Serve as an adviser for students and residents. Serve on department or hospital committees. Engage in ancillary activities that support the role’s responsibilities. Provide service to the professional or lay community relevant to the academic specialty. Respond to university communications in a timely manner. Perform other related duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements Medical Degree (MD or DO). Completion of a board‑certified residency program and formal fellowship training in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery (URPS). Ohio medical license. Board certification or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology and in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery (URPS). Full board status in both specialties within five (5) years. Physical Requirements/Work Environment Office environment; no specific unusual physical or environmental demands.
