Principal Data Scientist - AI & ML Leader for Data

Capital One National Association is seeking a Principal Data Scientist - AI for Data and Assessment in McLean, VA. You will lead ML model development across design, training, validation and deployment, partnering with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers.
The role requires advanced knowledge of Python, SQL, AWS, and NLP, with 3+ years in deep learning and 1+ year in NLP. Strong communication and business translation skills are essential.
