Customer Service Representative

Major Function:Responsible for engaging with customers on behalf ofJoe Filter. Duties include answering phone calls or emails from customers to answer questions, scheduling home service jobs, participating in meetings with the customer service team to discover new communication tactics, and maintaining expert knowledge about company products and services to best help customers.Essential Functions:Contacting and scheduling customers for Home Service VisitsProviding introductory information to new customersEnsuring that customers are satisfied with products or servicesFollowing up with clients or customers to check that theyre still satisfied with any purchasesLetting customers or clients know about additional products or servicesDetermining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a clients or customers questionsTroubleshooting common issues with a product or serviceWorking with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutionsPossess strong knowledge of Joe Filters products and services to identify customer needs in an effort to sell and upsell to new customers (training provided)Perform home assessments and quotes to customers upon request (training provided)Complete standard electronic/paperwork processes accurately and on timeMaintain an acceptable personal appearance and strong customer focusAll other duties that are assigned by the supervisorAn acceptable MVD license report and clean background check with no prior felony convictions, DWI's or current judgments required, as you may be asked to operate a company vehicleFlexible to work overtime and weekend shifts when necessaryMaintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management.Identify opportunities for improvement while creating and implementing viable solutionsPossess an enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented approach towards work and all work projects.Joe Filter is an Equal Opportunity Employer
