This role is responsible for concept development, technical planning, problem-solving, and translating customer requirements into engineering solutions that balance performance, schedule, and cost objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in hardware design, design for manufacturing, and developing engineering processes, procedures, and documentation to support manufacturing and production activities. Successful candidates will thrive in a team environment, effectively manage multiple priorities, and possess strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Experience supporting small-to-medium production programs and solving complex mechanical engineering challenges is highly desired.
