Role Description The Physical Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chicago, IL. This role is responsible for evaluating clients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering hands-on physical therapy interventions to support rehabilitation and performance. Day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments, documenting clinical findings, coordinating care with trainers and other team members, and educating clients on injury prevention, exercise programs, and home care strategies. The Physical Therapist will engage in ongoing communication with clients to track progress, adjust treatment plans, and ensure a safe return to activity and optimal performance. Qualifications Strong foundation in Medicine and Physical Therapy, with the ability to apply clinical knowledge to sports performance and general wellness settings. Proficiency in Rehabilitation techniques and approaches, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training. Demonstrated commitment to high-quality Patient Care, including clear communication, empathy, and culturally sensitive practice. Experience providing guidance on Home Care programs, including self-management strategies, home exercises, and injury prevention education. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program; current Illinois PT license (or eligibility to obtain). Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with trainers, massage therapists, and other health professionals. Strong documentation and time-management skills, with attention to detail and regulatory compliance. Experience or interest in sports performance, orthopedic conditions, and active populations is highly beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
