This role bridges technical solution design with strategic pre-sales consulting, helping organizations modernize their digital workplaces through secure, efficient, and AI-enabled collaboration.The ideal candidate is both a technical architect and a trusted advisor—able to translate business needs into scalable solutions that enhance productivity, security, and user adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Sales Solution EngineeringCollaborate with Account Executives and Solution Architects to scope, design, and present Microsoft 365 solutions to customers.Conduct technical discovery sessions, develop solution architectures, and create statements of work (SOWs) aligned with customer objectives.Deliver live demonstrations and workshops focused on SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot, and related Microsoft 365 capabilities.Assist in proposal development, pricing, and scoping for cloud and modern work engagements.Modern Work & Collaboration SolutionsLead content migration projects from file shares or legacy systems into SharePoint Online and OneDrive.Architect intelligent intranets and modern collaboration spaces that drive user adoption and engagement.Design governance, compliance, and automation frameworks for M365 environments.Implement best practices for data structure, permissions, and lifecycle management across the Microsoft ecosystem.AI & Copilot EnablementGuide customers through Copilot readiness and adoption assessments.Develop proof-of-concepts demonstrating AI-driven productivity within Microsoft 365.Align Copilot integrations with Power Platform, Microsoft Viva, and organizational workflows.User Adoption & Change EnablementDeliver workshops and structured enablement sessions that empower users to fully leverage new digital tools.Champion continuous improvement, leveraging analytics and feedback to enhance collaboration outcomes.Required Skills & ExperienceProven expertise in Microsoft SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business (architecture, migration, administration, and governance).Experience conducting pre-sales engagements, including solution design, scoping, and presentations.Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot, including readiness planning, AI agent development, and security considerations.Proficiency with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI, MS Forms).Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Viva, and collaboration strategy design.Experience with business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution documentation.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences.Example Education & Certifications but not a requirement:BSBA, Information Systems / Information AssuranceMicrosoft Certifications:Microsoft Copilot Business Value Bootcamp (Sales) – DW-100Microsoft Build & Extend AI-Powered Agents with Copilot Studio – DW-102Microsoft Secure and Govern M365 Copilot with Purview (Pre-Sales) – DW-103Microsoft Build & Extend with Pro-Code Capabilities – DW-104Microsoft Applied Skills: Security & Compliance for M365 Copilot – APL-4002Nintex Workflow AdministrationIdeal Candidate ProfileA consultant by trade, mentor at heart, with a passion for helping organizations evolve through intelligent cloud adoption.Skilled in balancing technical delivery with business outcomes, enabling efficient and secure collaboration at scale.A trusted pre-sales partner who can communicate complex technical value in a clear, business-focused manner.Passionate about AI integration and modern workplace transformation.At CompuNet, we strive to do the right thing - that includes taking care of our employees.
